The RSB assists vision impaired students in South Australia who would otherwise find finance a restriction on their ability to undertake tertiary studies. The RSB allocates Cowan Grants to successful applicants by providing necessary adaptive equipment and software to enable further study. Equipment provided in the past to successful applicants has included Speech and Magnification software, Braille and computer equipment, Closed Circuit Televisions and much more.
